Team India announced squad for the T20I series against South Africa: The Indian team was announced on Wednesday for the five-match T20 series against South Africa, starting December 9th. Shubman Gill, who was injured during the Test series, has been included in the 15-member squad, subject to conditions. However, the BCCI has stated that Gill’s availability will depend on the COE’s fitness report. This means Gill will play only if he is cleared as fully fit. Hardik Pandya, who was injured before the Asia Cup final, has also returned to the team.

The second match will be played today in Raipur, while the two teams will face each other in Visakhapatnam in the third match. Following this, the two teams will also play a five-match T20 series, starting December 9th. The first match will be played in Cuttack, while the second match will be played in New Chandigarh on December 11th. The remaining three matches of this series will be played on December 14, 17, and 19 in Dharamsala, Lucknow, and Ahmedabad, respectively.
