T20 World Cup 2026 Venues: According to a Cricbuzz report, the Narendra Modi Cricket Stadium in Ahmedabad and the Eden Gardens Cricket Stadium in Kolkata have been selected for the semi-finals of the 2026 T20 World Cup. The report also states that the ICC has finalized eight venues, including Mumbai, Delhi, and Chennai in India, as well as Ahmedabad and Kolkata. Three venues in Sri Lanka, two in Colombo, and one in Kandy, have been finalized.

According to a Cricbuzz report, if either Sri Lanka or Pakistan reaches the semi-finals, the match will be played in Colombo. If neither reaches the final four, both semi-finals will be played in India. The final has not yet been decided. It will also depend on which teams reach the final. If Pakistan reaches the final, the final will be played in Sri Lanka.

A total of 20 teams will participate in the T20 World Cup 2026. These teams will be divided into groups of five. This will be followed by a Super 8 round, where there will be two groups, and four teams will qualify for the semi-finals. The final will then be played. India won the T20 World Cup 2024 by defeating South Africa by 7 runs.
